XYLA!!!!!!!

Dark as hell itself and melodic!

Good tracks are Ancient Future remix on Ah Puch, and Nostalgia on Engrams, both from Shamanfilms.

Cubasing is like Freebasing, just with audio.
Both cost more than you can afford, and leaves you sitting in a dark room with no life, craving for more.

no you sure dont.
not only are you "hunting" me on this forum evidently- but you are misquoting me.
i seem to remember basically saying that the word "dark" doesnt do justice to the wide range of new sounds that are um perhaps more experimental than full-on or progressive.
since this has since catalyzed into the formulaic style "dark" i feel obliged to critique it frequently like all fixations in thinking...
i make all sorts of sounds from downright "light" in harder or softer variants to straight up "dark" in harder and softer variants. i dont argue that dark music does not exist but i dont really find much of what people are calling "dark" tracks very dark.

perhaps we should meet in person sometime- i am probably more anal retentive than you and i can probably connect the dots on any seeming hypocrisies if asked. thanks for caring.

I need to quote squirm here and agree with it as well, i definately believe that the zolod album is a classic of how his music was true dark melodic monster's (some eg tracks >> Scary bubbles, Full power sunshine) awesome melody in it along with the dark bassline running along, i also recommend Shift's sound as dark melodic (Not twilight for sure) and what do i say about the new ocelot album its pretty good stuff you see.

Hmm Abomination maybe?? his album was pretty melodic.

I've been checking out lots of dark Psy, but everything seems to be just a fast beat/bassline, and lots of crazy noises, stabs and FX.

Say morning trance with dark melodies would be nice.

Any reccomandations?
