That's an interesting point setherial... but there are also many good djs who could do something like that easily... and make the crowd go CRAZY... all you have to do is invite the ones who really can do it to play in those parties...

it will not happen.
In Germany it's nearly impossible for those DJs to get a chance to do that!
If so, he will be kicked and the next DJ is on the run. Period.
In Germany it's a very rocky way to grow. And that way goes only through small and unimportant parties. No big festival books a nobody who has never proofed his skills.
I guess in Brazil it's more easy to get a big chance. And I guess also, that uninteresting DJs can go on and on with their work..
If a DJ here makes maybe only a good summer but begins to go bad further, he will not be booked anymore. Ok, maybe here and there.. but he will be forgotten very soon.
The ppl are very very spoiled with high quality here.
