even cooler would be to start a forest party around 6 o'clock in the morning.. imagine the morning mist & fog

I read in the paper that here in Japan there's some kind of archaic, almost never used law that forbids dancing and other kinds of public socializing after 1 a.m. I'm sure glad they don't use that one anymore! (knock on wood) |

You have a few clubs in sweden that are open to 5 in the morning but most of them only have premition to 3. The reason is that the police and politicals have to give a place permition to have open longer until 3 and they believe that if there are places that are open longer than 3 there will be much more violence and stuff in the cities. Another reason is that they think that people will drink more and take more drugs and since sweden is a socialist country the state think that the people can't take care of them self and have to help them to get happy.
Actually there is no law that says that you can't have open to after 3 ... is just that you have to get this permission!
We had som parties some year sago that were full legal and that had permission to 8 o'clock.
So it isn't impossible to have open to more than 3 but you have to work hard, you have to have conacts you have to experience of the bussiness and you have to be able to talk to the police and the politcs in their way. unfortubatly there aren't many people in sweden that like trance that would be able to something like this.
The idea about haveing open on the day is really great ... especially on the summer. The best thing is to be dancing in the swedish summer while the sun are dancing in the sky!
