i have few of my family lawyers , and my sister is psychologist! i heard alot of stories about this kind of behaviour!
when a human is angry or drunk , then the real creature is getting out of him.
for example:
a dirty mind boy will use bad words when he is angry.
a polite boy will say nothing and will ignore you.
A mature good man will try to talk normal and make you relax!
So if an angry boy is using bad words then it means he is dirty mind.
So the same story here:
if an angry man is threaten by killing you then it means he is a criminal.
In other words: a criminal will threaten by killing you!
maybe now Cosmo respect others.
