I WANT TO BE A CORPORATE HIPPIE, then i can go to any party in any country, Drive a nice car and maybe have my own airplane. is that bad ? EVRYTHING IS RUN BY CORPORATIONS. we cant survive without them anymore. my friends thought they could, traveling the states going to partys. without a job they had to eat out of the dumpster at night. donald trump imagine what kind of partys he could throw lol oMG |

I know many hippie hearted people who work for corporations but the heads of these are usually golfing and boating... not psytrancing.. A couple friends who dig psymusic and a psygathering here and there are climbing up in ranks so it my just be a matter of time... What was the question?  I gotta sleep more. |

All my frnds are working. Mostly have their own business or working in some IT companies and they enjaaay the parties whenever we go.
Its just about your tastes. Instead of going to FTV party, you go to a rave in nature.

yea really nice to see all kind of ppl gathering in parties.
make u realize that the parties are not only gud for them who want to take drugs or seell or for thoze who dont have nothing else to do,
make u see wat the scene really offers to oneself..\
dance brings harmony and all the people need it

I love the lifestylle of hippie but one needs to make a living... thus I used to work at Citibank in the trading desk...
Now I am tring to oppen my own business... lets see how that turns out...

My fried Vio....that sounds exactly like me...hehe. I am a 31 y/o guy who´s been in the electronic arena for the last 12 years. I've had the craziest psy-lifestyle someone could ever had but in the last 5 years I´ve been mixing my psychedelic lifestyle with my another "normal" life. I work in a world-famous hotel chain as a Resort Manager. I have 12 people directly under my supervision and I am consider as "the boss". Despite of that I am really connected to the trance scene in my city (Cancun) and country (Mexico). I have LOTS of friends DJ´s and artists (some of them are WORLD FAMOUS). I also DJ a bit. I used to be into full-on a lot but I moved into the minimal-tribal-progressive-psy-trance realm. I still go to parties and clubs to dance my ass off. I still sometimes go to work under the influence or LSD or Xtc, but I try not to , and I strongly not recommend that to you, guys. I try not to roll or trip often ´cause it causes serious memory loss to me...so I´d just drink and smoke a blunt.
I think I am VERY good at my job and I think I am very good as a party animal,too. It´s not that anyone cares about this...but I thought that this would be a good time to express that I think everybody IS capable of being responsible at work and still have a blast in this beatiful and crrrazy scene. I remember when I was performing as the resort´s night manager and I showed up at the beach parties around 7.30 or 8am and everybody fucked up and I was wearing my uniform (a suit with tie) and started dancing with sunglasses on, smoking a blunt, and trying to get "into orbit" as soon as possible!! hehehe....man, those were the days...
I have a nice private office, in my computer I post these messages, visit ALL the psy-trace websites I can, lit incense, download music...my co-workers just think I´m a little avant-gard but the just don´t get it...but I don´t care. I just live my life and I am happy with it, the way it is.

There's a hippy corporate mafia too, but I guess you knew that already. I myself am a psy-punk reporter and know how to deal with rasta bullies sent by neohippie tycoons and thus gonna expose them whenever I get a chance so kids don't try this at home. And do not forget: 'Never trust a (corporate) hippie'.

in mexico besides the chill out area they are using vip areas at gigs for corporate & $$$ ppl that like to party in the scene.
