The review:
Track 1: Starting off with Terminator, some samples about a hull-breach and we're off with a tight kickdrum and bassline. Some dark atmospheric sounds in the back and the title of the song rings true. Samples from Chronicles Of Riddick: Dark Fury complement the whole thing. Good opener.
Track 2: Continuing on with Furious, this one pumps on and on, sounds and samples flying all over the place. Good track, pretty wild.
Track 3: Samadhi has a more liquid feel to it and keeps those acidlines crunching. Also gets quite hectic at the end. Ok track.
Track 4: In sound quite alike to track 3, this one has some strange sampling in it (Russian I presume) and a breakbeat that keeps up with proceedings quite well. Not really all that special, but quite good.
Track 5: More in darker atmospheric territory again, but goes weirder later on with some samples. Quite minimal though, more in the vein of track 1. Anyway, does the job.
Track 6: Pizz Dozz kills bill and does so in a quite dry sense. Some sampling, a standard kick and a heavy bassline. Not really all that special, the tracks on Pizz Dozz' debut album are better. Then again, it fits well here, so it's not a downer either.
Track 7: Dominator's cure from fear is pretty dark again and uses a lot of samples. Pretty short track. Then again, this compilation is mixed, so who know how long the original is? Anyway, decent track.
Track 8: Penta's turn to Kill Bill and he does so all crazylike, with a fast pace and some crazy sampling. Excellent work, but you wouldn't expect less from this guy.
Track 9: Deja Vu Project samples that irritating japanese girls song from Kill Bill. I hate it with a deathvengeance, so this song sucks hardcore. I usually skip it. Luckily it's short.
Track 10: Psykovsky and Deja Vu Project at it. An 18 minute monster. If you've heard Psykovsky's debut, you'll know what to expect. This one is a little more laidback than the songs on his album however, but the dark feeling in this is great. Top notch stuff, the best track on here.
Conclusion: And there you have it. A decent darkpsy compilation. Mixed well, and with some great tracks (1,2,7,8,10<!!>) you could do a lot worse than checking this one out. It could've been even better if they left out track 9 and made all the other tracks full versions instead of mixing it together like they did now. Then again, the mixing is good, so it's a minor gripe for a decent compilation. Never mind the cheesy name, this is one to get, especially if you're a big fan of Terminator and Psykovsky, like I am.

Track 9 - Deja Vu Project - Who will kill fucking bill?
i love this track - it starts off as a 161 bpm monster and after 2 min begins to fuzzy out like a chill out track. really creative stuff - something djs could use to end a high bpm set with im sure. ahaha iv actually tried ending sets with be cool (osom) and then this track... i find the results interesting to say the least  . anyways to each his own.

very nice compilation with a lot of real good artist on it all tracks are unique boom to de ja vu and keep on the crazy vibes seeeee yaaaaaaaa (drop acid not bombs) |

ha-ha !! I just listened through the samples at www.saikosounds.com and Gosh I tell you. haha, this album is SWEET mercy through the bone! Deffently on my "to buy" list when I my echonomy gets a boost. All tracks seems to be beautiful and deep. Especially the Psykovsky track!
