hello to all!. i went to the eskimo and astrix party! i was great . nice deco , nice power from the speakers but i dont see energy. come on people lets dance!!! do you thing that is there any energy in are indorpartys? where is all that crazy people gone? peace;) |

well many reasons!half of the ppl in a party ar djs,so they re not dancing but watching (and judging)the artist's set!same thing also with the live act because the other half of the ppl are djs AND producers!
also i think that the dr@gz are not that much like some yrs ago(or maybe not that good???  )
besides,we(thessaloniki) have learned by the years which are the promoting teams and believe me,i know a lot of ppl who dont like their faces,so they re not attending their parties!
in genneral as noise maker said they (we)grew up,but hey ,what the funk ,lets dance mofos!i could say more but i am kind of bored to type (i grew up hahahaha  )

I dont usually say much in this forum but i think this topic is quite good and the i find the question asked from dimopsy quite reasonable.........I do agree with X rust on the fact that a lot of people do not attend parties because they dont like the "promoters" face/faces but that has got nothing to do with dancing at a party........... only about"attending"or "not attending" ........and WHY.....I dissagree with x rust on the issue that most of the djs/promoters/producers or what ever they want to call them/our -selves just watch the artist/dj and judge him/them.......At least no more than everybody else who knows what he/she is going to a party for and what he/she is going to listen there.................exactly the opposite i might say......they are the ones that dance the most because thats what they miss the most............not having to think about what you will play /how big the attendance is and generally not having to watch out for anything that might create bad impressions to the crowd.....I think the problem lies on the fact that we care more about what other people might think or say about us(or judge us if you like).........It is so easy to judge someone if you havent been in his shoes...............
As a result we we dont let ourselves free to enjoy the music and vibe..............
Judging from the parties i attended the last 2 year i got the impression that a big percentage of the people in every party dont know / or cant evaluate what he/she hears from an artist/dj...........I ve seen people dancing like crazy while the artist(ussually live acts)is not playing anything that good(nothing special in other words) and i 've seen local djs (from all the local promoting teams)playing great music,with very good mixing skills and people barelly moving and talking to eachother ,judging and laughing at them while saying to themselves:"pos tin ide to psonio"...........I only have one word for that............:"prokatalipsi"............(no wonder why greek djs and produsers rarelly make it to other countries and big festivals......they dont even get the support of their own people)............Offcourse this is My opinion and impression and it doesnt mean that thinks are like that, or that everybody thinks or acts like that........
As far as drgs are concerned,i think they have nothing to do with ones dancing mood...........Alcohol can do the trick just fine...........Personnally speaking i like dancing a lot and i try to do it with any given opportunity...........Sorry if my post opens other party issues.......I respect everyones opinion even if its tottally against mine.................i was just posting my own............

Well said from minimental ,i have to say that 70-80%of young people in trance parties connect the dancing with druging,,,,no drugs no dance,,, |
