any chill out / tribal / ambient
festival happening somewhere
in or around middle europe
in the summer of 2004?
wishing for a relaxed vibe all
the way through without the
digidee digidee & bumtss bumtss...

if not: this is a challenge for you
to start organizing one!

honestly, i havnt done it before, but it doesnt sound too easy to organize a festival. i could be wring...

anyway, it would be cool to go to a chill/ambient/tribal fest. im not sure if there are any. im sure there are somewhere.

a tribal one would be cool. live african or japan drums would add a whole new feel to it for me. they could even have fire jumping and stuff like that. (im not sure if that kind of stuff happens, but thats what the movies say )

I'm gonna be all out of tune till 2005... staying tuned for so long is harsh job.

folkz... what's the difference from a big psy event with huge chillout line up performances and this? I say we should all be relaxed and itll be all cool...

chillz.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

The fact is that I don't have the shoulders broad enough to do this alone.. i have to find a promoter, association, whatever.. that would be ready to finance such a project.

But I have ideas !

Soft had a nice point ! In the "project" there are african drummers (Burundi) and performances like this.

Also a more trip-hop stage with names like Morcheeba, the Karminsky Experience and so on..

So that different people could meet there, discover unexpected things...

Aaaaaah.. It would be so magic.           .

hey ...jwal!

sounds great! france is fine by me except
that i live in finland ... there could emerge
some minor problems when the organizers
don't live in the same country .

line-up favourites: jairamji, tuu, ott, artists
from ultimae/ dakini / interchill / l.s.d. in general, cinematic orchestra, flanger, morcheeba would be nice, netslov, sheila chandra, suns of arqa, lee perry... ok it's
getting out of control!

i have good ideas too

I´ve just played Heaven Om Earth a chill out festival out in the hills of Valencia Spain...It was an expierience, there were some lovely people there but the overall organisation was poor and I was sick of hearing non psy chill out...it all started to sound a little bit too much in the vein of "the Big Chill" ie Bad jazz.....Anyway still in Spain on my way to the T.O.F. valencia party tonight there should be more psy chill than enough.
