I agree with Psy_baba its really beautiful to have kids at woods parties, obviously responsibility is a must but this is always true, whether they're at a party or at home. I think bigger festivals should have special day/night care centers for children so they receive the proper care they deserve(i know alot of festivals already do this) even if the parents are tripped out on drugs.

Children at outdoor parties is a huge NO-NO. I've seen children not even 5 years old, roaming around, migling with trippyheads on the dancefloor and what not. The parents of those children have got no clue about proper parenting. The first thing you can think of is sleep deprivation. Second is the loud sound. The children will get their hearing damaged and you know how easily can that be accomlished. They dive in the speakers and their head will be rining until the rest of their lives.
The scaries thing is drugs. If they attend one psytrance party I guarantee you, their parents will bring them to as many as they can get to. The kids will pick up bad candy eventually. Sad.
I think that this happens in the US more than anywhere. Some parents are probably nostalgic about the long lost hippy days. I've seen documentaries about woodstock and i've seen LOTS of children there. One time I saw a young dad with his baby son on the stage. He was playing the guitar and the song was about "take a drop or two and everything will......." Sick

when kids grow up with festiveals surely they would became open minded and sharp in mind think,more smarter maybe,but that is little dangerous for a child to face party life from their early ages.
I could imagine myself after years with my kinds in a festival and that makes me frighten.

What makes you think they will be open minded? Maybe they will be closed minded like some of you who think that psytrance is the fucking best music and fucking underground life?
Will kids enjoy parties if they will get to them from early age?

Does psychedelic views are the open minded and most intresting? I think kids should find out alone what kind of life style they want, while their parents who take them to such events from early age just make them limited with choise.

Hey willy wanker!
Psytrance is the fucking best music for lots of people here.It's very sad that you can't accept it. I wonder what you are doing on this forum anyway if you are so against psytrance and the people here.
Perhaps you should find another forum to spend your days in, coz it doesnt seem like youre doin anything else than sitting infront of your computer like a nerd here.
My tip for you is to get a life, and try to enjoy it |

Blessed, i've got your life tip. You are very kind of person.
Now for your words, i don't think psytrance is bad or anything just i want my kids to give a chanse to have their own ideas, while some of you here think that psytrance education is the greatest one, while it's not. Just see the was you answer me, personal insults instead of facts. Eventhou many on this forum may like psytrance and i'm truly one of them since i sit and nerd here but seems that you wrong since not many agree with kids being a part of psy events from young age.
As for my personal view and experience shows that kids from religious families usually turn against religion after some point and sometims in radical way, so let's the kids choose their own life when they will be able to do that. Psy event isn't a proper place for kid, since some use drugs in there in the free way and drugs are not good, thou you may like them. It's like to get kids to porno movies or strip bars, it can damage their souls from the young age. Make them think that drugs are important for life or dancing in the dark forest in the middle of nowhere.
You find joy and surely your own parents were not impressed by your choice, so let's kids to live their life. Don't push them into sect.
This is what i think and it has nothing to do with psytrance as music but i see you offended by my words since you think you are uber cool because you listen to psytrance. So we all should find a life if the present is like that.
So, get better arguments rather insulting my way of life which is non of your business.

I have no problem with kids running around they are so much of a good energy! i do not mind people who come and trip and leave there kids running around, they are free there is no shame in drugs when used wisely i do not have any problem with this at all. Also people love kids never hate them especially in such a good vibe like a party! Come on wake up this is the new generation man! my mother talks like you about responsability and all this crap, we are born free to wonder and meet anything in life, i think kids running around travelling with there parents are growing strong!

Here are a few of my chance meetings with children in festivals/outdoors.. You decide the meanings.
1. I was lost in England, down towards Brighton, fcuked outta my mind, and a little boy about 8 yrs old helped me find my friends. He held my hand and guided me through a maze of cars and people to my friends. He seemed least perturbed and smiled and skipped away.
2. In Goa, a girl about 6 yrs old was nursing her brother/sister who was a toddler for over 4 hrs. She looked scared and refused to answer my questions. A girl friend of mine finally had some results and we brought her food and water. We left soon after that, and i dont know what happened to her and her sibling. Her parents had just absconded leavin the two alone.
3. If anybody goes to Pune, in Grman Bakery there's a lil scandinavian boy who barks like a dog at people. His dad is the biggest dealer for the osho people, and this kid has repeatedly offered to get me drugs. I saw him in the flea market tripped out once, and the same weekend , selling micro's to a woman @ aishwarya farms.
4. Two kids, about 10-13 walked around the dancefloor offering water to us thirsty dancers for almost the whole night. Their Dad was spinning for some time and i swear they seemed like *the* happy family. This was Bamboo Forest @ Goa around 2000.
