the worst one that i ever went to....
and i cant believe that i drove all the way from san francisco...
nothing thats involve psytrance was in that stupied party : not the deco not the energies , not 90% of the people and defenatlly most defenatlly not skazi and his all group ....no fucking connection
all of these problems accure becouse of 2-3 fucking israelis , that i by the way cant wait to see again 
they just poblished a party and artist that they couldnt bring and pay too , stole everyones money and splitt away leaving behind there partner , mike, with all the problems...
i cant wait to see them again and give the a little thing back in there face , if not me then there horrable karma will do so
hope we want have to see this things again here or anywhere
till the next one...

Feeling bad to add more negative post again but i have to say this...people were not allowed to bring camera in, and securities at the party stole cameras they collected at the entrance. I saw japanese girls screaming outloud against entrance staffs for disappearance of their hi-tech digital cameras. I have never heard such a thing. who cares taking a picture at the mess, the security just wanted to earn extra money by selling out the cameras they collect? The party goes by the name of unprofessionalism but very professional theft...money,cameras,trust for LA scene...
oh at the entrance, they also took my Orbit new flavor Lemon-lime gum and did not get it back...what a thief!

And to some fairness for GMS, I imagine every one, two, and three-bit promoter wants to book them. And of course they get countless propositions from promoters, who never come through. Seems like they need some information pipeline to the community to help us filter out the bogus dates. It appears they're more aminiable towards those large Brasilian, Mexican, and Japanese festivals. They didn't make it to Soulclipse though.
As for the shady promoters, i'm not a buddhist, i'll operate the flogs for ya ;^)

We drove from Vegas to go support the Psytribe boys and see GMS and things went shady, I'm sooooo glad We did not pay the $60 to get in, but it still costs us a lot of money to get to Cali and a flat tire in the middle of the desert. Sorry everyone that did go, that REALLY sucks. L.A. you got had, but you know for sure that you have a QUALITY scene because of QUALITY promoters and DJ's so keep supporting them because PsyTribe and Greensector work hard for YOU not the green!!!!! These guys will get theirs.
Keep rockin the dance floors guys and spreading the GREAT vibes!!!!

i know Psycore won the Eskimo contest while we were waitingin the line to get in the lamest party i've ever been in LA, f&^4 those guys man i cant believe a pay 60 bucks for that piece of wanna be psytrance party full of hot ass israelies girls.............jk but again i had fun thanks to all my homies and eskimo

I walked straight up to the front of the line and asked the door people how much it was and they said it was $55. That was around 11:30. I knew something wasn't right about it all and I left immediately and went to a friends house in the area and spun some psytrance all night instead! My intuition saved me my herb spending money!!! I had a fun night  |

Yea, I definitely had the feeling something was up with this - no website, no solid promotion, and no website for the venue didn't make sense for a party like this.
It really sucks when promoters do stupid shit like this. This is one of the things that really gets me heated. A party is a celebration and one for all to forget that people get ripped off everyday.
Bah, sorry this happened.

I remember some of the promoters faces when I see one he will be in jail for long time, especially the bitch at the front who gave me a weird smile when I asked her if all acts will there.

this party was like the opposite of what a psytrance party should be all about.. the way it was thrown, the vibe around the place and the atmosphere..even the music..i dont really consider skazi that 'psychedelic', more like 'metal trance or rock trance' if you will lol.. and the dude who was spinning before skazi..i couldnt connect with his music either...the room upstairs was muchh better.. had better music and wayyy more smiles on d dancefloor
had to wait in line like 2 hours, which was a pain..they made everyone stand in the same line irrespective of whether they had a ticket or not which i think is very very absurd...was even more disappointed when i went in and found out no yahel, no gms..wwas hoping to catch Barakuda play too, but dunno if i missed his set or if it was the promoters fault that he actually dint end up playing at all (which i think is what happnd..)....well it was an experience nonetheless, now just waitin for symbiosis, which shud be a real treat and will help everyone get over the disappoinment caused by this onee...

Hi West-coast peoples. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you guys. Hearing that Skazi was finally playing in the U.S. was exiting despite his ego-trance. GMS wasn't here in NYC either but from what I heard, it was due to terrorist problems? Did anyone happen to cetch the name of this faulty promoter?
They will try to strike again, best get the word out. |
