if there was an Eskimo look alike contest, you would win for sure. Mr. PsyCore. so where and when does this contest start.
I just talked to one of the promoters about the event tonight and they had not said anything about G.M.S not playing, so I expect to see them there.

Two words: "RIP OFF"
They fucked up big time! The minimum these fuckers could have done is tell people they not going to see Yahel and GMS at door before they ask for a $60 ticket. It was a true "chaos party" at least they didn't false advertise that! I don't believe someone will be stupid enough to go to another party they orginize.
I must give respect to Skazi he tried to give people the best he could even though his equipment was not even hooked up right. It was also nice to see Duvdev on stage I kind of hoped they booked them instead of GMS and Yahel but that was just wishful thinking

What these organizers did was terrible, they knew that G.M.S & Yahel where not gonna make it and did not say anything to the people, they closed the party earleir than promised and pretty much screwed all the PsyTribe DJ's as far as payment and time they where supposed to play, I feel bad for all the people who where tricked into going to a techno/rock concert (Green Velvet/skazi), Skazi is a good show, its pretty cool to watch, but for me and many others it does not blend in to the trance scene very well, the trance scene is about not having an ego and dancing together as one, where Skazi is all about ego, at least thats what they display on stage, Skazi was even wearing a shirt that said Skazi #1, so even though parts of his music I really dig, the guitar is to much for me, and the vibe they try to send to the dancefloor does not belong on a PsyTrance dancefloor, Skazi would rock at Nocturnal or Coachella, but not PsyTribe at the ranch, never. |

Organization,venue,sound system,security,bar lines,
etc,etc all sucked!!!!!!!!
the only good thing was all the sexy girls prancing around the dance floor.
basically one big Joke!!!!!

I believe these guys are out-of-towners. They swooped in STOLE everyone's money and took off. They were very conscious of what was going on, hence they were not there by the middle of the event, they took the money and ran. Luckily for me I got wind of what was up early on and found the guy and demanded my money back, which he quickly refunded for fear of everybody getting wind of what was happening. People paid $60 which is an obscene amount for any party that is not a festival and they paid for 3 shows and a party that would go till 5am. They recieved 3/4 of a single show and a party that was killed at 4am. Prior to my entering the party I asked very specifically about GMS because i had heard rumours and I was told YES they are HERE and then they kindly took my money. They outright lied to people, this was no fuck up it was a well planned heist job. I would be very appreciative of any who make sure these guys never throw another party here. I felt very bad for Skazi who's first show in the U.S. this was.
These guys will definitely get their come uppance one of these days, by a big unhappy party-goer or goers. |

Not the first and I regret to say that this probably wont be the last time a promoter from abroad comes to LA, throws a fake party and leaves with all the cash! I mean they didnt even put the name of thier production group on the flyer! Oh well at least LA can rest assured that they can have quality events with worldclass djs and artist which havnt let you down like this at all. And I think you all know who im speaking about. See you all at the next family gathering you can trust!
@ Andy & Spyros... Lets keep it in the family next time, screw these out of towners with no love for the scene. Let them pull thier own crowd. As you saw in earlier post some people were coming out to just see you guys and they didnt even pay you for it. fuckm!

first of all, i arrive there at 11:15pm. i spend almost 3 hours in the line to get in to the party. finally i got in and ready to pay for the ticket. it was 1:45pm and ticket was $60.00 (WTF) and i ask a lady at the gate why is it $60.00? she look at me like "pay $60.00 or get the f*ck out here" and before me there was two guys paid $35.00 each throught that lady at the gate. WTF.
I tho why spend $60.00 for a 2 hours party without GMS and YAHEL? so i gave up to see SKAZI and go home.
That night i had a sweet dream at home and thank god i saved my $120.00 bucks. lol

Hmmmm...this is the second time today i've had to type:
GMS tends to have more than your average number of "no-shows".
Ok, if we're going to be "one big family" then we need to get a little smarter about these things. It seemed a fair question, early on, about the promoters not naming themselves, and the venue being vague. I think one of the tip-offs is the "big-big-name trance artists" headliner.

Hello. This is a message to all fans and Ticketmaster ticketbuyers of the Chaos Party.
Coast II Coast Entertainment is the agency representing GMS and Yahel. We would like to clarify what REALLY happened, and tell you how to get a refund on your ticketmaster tickets. Here are the facts:
1) Yahel was in LA staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood. The promoter did not pay for his flight, but did pay a 50% deposit. Yahel wanted to be at the show so badly that he paid for the ticket himself which amounted to nearly his entire deposit. He DID NOT get paid back for his flight, and is still owed $4500. Furthermore, Yahel was stuck with a $1200 hotel bill which the promoter neglected to pay before checkout. Yahel was very upset that he didnt get to play and asked that I post something letting everyone know he will be back soon, and looks forward to a "proper" party.
2) GMS was scheduled to play but the promoter did not pay for the flight tickets for GMS. They did not, so GMS did not go. The promoter was advised to notify the public, but according to what i have heard, they did not. GMS also apologizes for not making it out.
If you would like a refund, you must call Ticketmaster and complain about the event. 213-381-2000 xt190. Their policy is that IF the main acts did not show up, you are entitled to a refund. If they dont do anything for you call 304-357-6100 corporate head office.
We apologize for letting down the fans, but it all came as a suprise in the end. We learned our lesson too dealing with unestablished promoters who had little to no experience producing events.
