Chakras - Is it true for you?

Hi dudes, since a half year I study chinese qi-theroies and movement energy, vital structures and "letting the inner flow go".
For the insiders of you: I practice qi-gong and yongtjun. I saw so many connections to spiritual shamanic trance-dance, the 3d eye, etc. I realised that the same truce is explained in many different cultures with just different words, but its all the same at last.
Some important chinese accupuncture-points are explained in other cultures as "chakras". My question is if someone of you could tell me a website where this chakras are explained (picture) and how they work with the energy-flow etc. I think in a "tranceforum" a lot of people allready went deeper into this knowlegdes as myself.

i think it is a better idea to be initiated on this by a Guru.
helps.
look for Vipassana on google.
it is an ancient meditation technique taught by bhadha.
it starts with a 10 day course which u have to do while staying with them.
it teaches u to observe freeflow of energy in your body.
i relived my lsd trip there.
and now i have means to get there anytime with out actually dropping some

I meant - don't be afraid to search on Google - it's not that difficult to figure out what is bullshit and what is actually fact, especially for someone who already has a background in energy healing. And then you can share some of your finds with us. This is not the kind of information that should be kept secret.

ok... i am not a teacher-level i am more an autodidactic person who likes to exchange the own discovers with a few friends. i dont like spiritual institutes and organisations, and i dont like to tell other people what they have to do, because this is always a kind of dangerous dependence, blind leadership ect. thats way i am very carefull, from where i get my informations. if someone says to me he is something like a guru, i will run away!
spiritual experiences need maybe tutorials and instrutions but never followship, because this means blind dependence often. and the main-thing for me in spiritual experiences is to find the way to your own and not to follow the ideas of someone else.
ok... you aks me to share, i will do.
its just a small tool, a little nice game, nothing more. to play this game, you need only fantasy (i think a lot of people who likes to listen to trance have a lot fantasy) and yourself.
1. relax, however you want. sitting standing, however not important.. (take your time for it!)
2. take one of your hands and look into your palm. just look at it and concentrate on it. not to hard, just relax but be focused on your palm. (again, take time!!)
3. now, we gonna warm up our palm. your body has a balanced temperature. use your fantasy. imagine that a part of your body-temperature streams into the palm. imagine that some energy-resources of your body are flowing into the palm. it is no matter how do you feel the transfer, maybe like warm water streaming through your body or maybe honey sinking into your hand. its not important, concentrate on the palm, relax and let it flow..... you will see
it is very easy. just use your imagination.
take time for that again, a gew minutes, maybe more)
4. is your hand warmer? maybe sweating a little bit, of not: no matter. what do you feel in your hand. how does your hand feel now? does the feeling of your hand has changed? if yes: you made a nice experience... you managed to transform a imagination into a feeling.
if this was easy for you and is nothing new for you, you can go on:
1. imagine there is a ball in your hand. a tennisball or a softball, no matter.
2. play with it. push your hand, sink and rise it. the ball will flip away and return to our hand. maybe you take the other hand and through it from one hand into the other. "feeeeel" the ball, feel where it moves in the air and how do you play with it.
3. when you have enough, take all your power and through the ball away, as far away as you can. maybe with your body-power or maybe you with your mental power (which is easy, because the ball ist mentaly created). through it far away and release it. maybe into the air to the stars or maybe it will explode and the energy-particles are raining down to you like a refreshing shower. there are no boundaries, your imagination and you will are the creators for whatever you want.

about this blind leadership you said,I agree in one point that you afraid to folow the spiritual path that someone else called himself guru tell you what to do for enlightment.There are so much diferent schools in spiritualism so many diferent spiritual exercise and the most of them are based with chakras.But I believe if you really want to follow spirituality you have to search in books first take an idea and then trust someone as a teacher to give you some basic instructions.If you look to find your own path believe it is so dificult by your own.For meditation if you search you could find people who could give you inituition and spiritual practise that feets with that you are looking for.The most of those methods are known have been tested from much people and the the most of them have spiritual true results.Personally received a spiritual practise from a budhist monk that helped me in my first steps and some things he told me were realy true ,someother I ignored them because seem to me to much,so you dont have to believe in each think someone would tell you,but there are some basic things that we must accept from someone who is more experienced in spirituality and then choose our own path.
You dont have to be budha's or shiva's or krishna's or...devotee and saying mantras with their names ,just respect and learn their biography and then be sure that if you have love for everything around you you would find your inner self.No matter who said about love but what said and what is the deeper meaning....

thank you very much for your thoughts on my opinion. well, maybe i am a little bit paranoia. i think i will follow the flow, and if its time to meet someone who can i trust, then i will know, i will know with my inner intention.
a friend of me is a reiki-master since a short time, he is one of the friends i explained above. we exchange our knowlegde with each-other which fit in most cases or click with each other. but i also feel, that he is not my teacher... he is something like a fellow.
and about love: yeas its true sometimes i feel what you mean. love makes everyting else just not necessary anymore. but sometimes i forget and the grey clouds and shadows of this world lay down on my again. love is exactly the essence what we need, and our world needs. and indeed its the focus of all existence and then i know: there is no reason for us to fear.  |

when the chakra of then heart is opened and much energised works like bridge between the lower and higher centers and then meditation comes to find ballance between them.
so without love there is no luck to have progress in spirituality.
no matter who is the real and one god if I baphtished as a crhistian and fall in love with a hindu girl for example.I respect and really love each different culture god guru tradition myth e.t.c...who is god?for me is love the infinite supreme conciousnes the cosmic mind ...my guru is my pure conciousnes that I folow in each action I do...
you are lucky to have a reiki master for a friend but ask him if he?she could use that energy to heal without love.
each one of the seven chackras are based on feelings and colors and you have to be focused in a certain feelings and color to open each one of them.
personally chackras is true for me and more then one and a halph year I am searching deeper and deeper to energise them and I started with the center of the heart...and I am only in the beginning...
I realy believe in what sorceress said about vipassana
and maybe I would try it one day soon...I am just searching to find my inner self and folowing spiritual practices that seems to me valuable...

i mean were do the energy flow or go in and out
and there must b difrent types of energy so difrent types of point (ot in and out)
