This week, on the night of the full moon, I met a cute Chinese girl at a rock show. She said she liked me because I "dance like crazy." After the place closed, she said goodbye to her friends I talked her into going on a midnight drive. 'World of Sleepers' was in the player.
She started talking a lot, but after a track or two she shut up. She said she had never heard music like this before, and it was "sensual" and "like a dream." We were watching the neon lights and tracers of the city skyline blur by.
I told her we should park by the ocean and listen to the rest. She was totally into that idea. By the time 'Erratic Patterns' came on, the levels were peaking up into the red.

Thanks CBL for another truly astonishing album! This is the creme of the Ultimae sound. I bought a couple other CDs this holiday season, but for pure enjoyment, none of them even come close.
Get it or be sorry!

This album has made me feel intense emotion. Just as some of the sounds would start I would get a sudden rush of positive energy.. It's really amazing what music can do.
I love CBL, is there anywhere to get CBL merchandise (such as T-shirts) from online? |

Friends,
I have to say this still remains the most memoreble, lovable and amazing albums I have ever heard. I have had some of the most overwhelming moments of my life listening to this....."wake up...wake up".

well, winter is here, time to pull out World Of Sleepers from the shelf,put it in the CD player and just dive into the beautiful sounds !
it only gets better and better with time...
one of my favorite ambient albums !
and one of the best in the genre, in my opinion. |
