I spent some time with this album in the last few days, and well, it's beautiful !

The lush sound designs move together like a huge luminous swell. Hypnotic and undulating, the music washes you away into this deep, spacious and emotional world.

Although this time it's almost purely spacey, drone ambient, the album is not all calm and chilled, it's actually quite stormy, intense and dynamic, just like the 3 previous CBL albums.

Another great release from Ultimae. Another great release from CBL. I love it !

My little CBL navy:

HG ( 2003 ), WOS ( 2006 ), HG ( 2008 ), WOS, ( 2008 ), 23 ( 2011 ) Interloper ( 2010 ).

Cheers !

Sadly I have had this for a week & it hasn't done a lot despite many listens. I just find it either send me to sleep or I get bored and switch to HYdroponic Garden.           I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

I really really like it. I am much more a fan of this style than album 2 and 3...

Still, in all honesty, I want them to make a full album out of this:

This is the best sounding CBL out there...           Goa Goa-trance & Psytrance parties in Oslo, Norway:

I love beatless ambient. I love CBL. I wanted to love this album. Listened to it a few times now and it just doesn't engage my interest. Seems rather bland and just wanders about. I know that seems an odd complaint about a piece like this, but it really seems to lack something IMO...

Give it more time, listen to it with headphones, I'm sure you will like it sooner or later
