Thank you Sentient for the kick ass set and pick me up Wed night! Very nice meeting you! Your set was awesome and I was happy to have it be my first psy experience on the playa this year.

Also, who could ask for a better musical background than our hometown hottie Onnomon and his most excellent sidekick Dan Covan, while the fireworks danced across the playa horizon and the oil rig let out its massive explosion that made me feel as if I was on the edge of the world during an apocalypse!

Burning Man was so many things year, and I am thankful to have been part of it:)

Despite all the major mishaps (e.g. stolen things and destroyed things) that happened along the way and while I was there I had a reallllllly good time.

Many many many many thanks to: Jason@RawHeaven/Jim/TreeTop/*Christine*/Sahil/Sentient/Fernando/Red/JohnWood/TomdroPonik/And whoever else was generous enough to give me food, clothes, shelter, and good ol fashioned lovin' and friendship...

Yo, this year felt very different for me. I think it's time for a break and next years theme gives me the perfect opportunity (puke).

Not to say this year wasn't a blast, it was pretty full on. We didn't take the bus out much due to complications, et al. When we did take it out it was such a blast. Thanks for playing Aeon and sorry we didn't get you on earlier - I was really in my own world, I'm sure you understand ..hehe.

I was really looking forward to blasting at Space Elevator on Sunday morning but the schedule was set back two hours. This happens all the time out there so I though I'd come back in two hours to play but ended up passing out from sheer exhaustion from the night before. Thanks for having me on the line up though. The sound was kicking and the vibe was there for sure.

Cheers!

Yeah, I don't know why the sets were pushed back 2 hours. I arrived at 7:00am expecting to hear Obu rocking it proper, but instead was surprised to find Tom (Hidroponik) blazing away at top speed. It worked out, I guess, because when Obu didn't arrive, we put Sinewave on, and it turned out to be his normally scheduled time. And what a set, WOW! Spencer totally blew me away, amazing morning music at Burning Man. Thanks man, if you read this.

Oh wait, I DO know why the music was pushed back two hours. Onnomon apparently had to play for 3 hours because the next DJ (named Jaydee) didn't show up on time. When he DID show, 2 hours late, he must have just gotten on and then pushed everything back 2 hours. I'm actually quite annoyed at this. Because of him, Obu had to wait, and then subsequently passed out. We also had insane, crazy dark trance in the daylight instead of morning music (a big big no-no in my idea of a proper lineup). Anyways, I'm glad it all worked out, but I will have a word with that DJ. The rule was, if you miss your set, you forfeit it. End of story.

ah well I so much fun playing I didn't even mind the extended set. The other fun part was "firing up the gennie" part..which I did the previous year I played (2004)...one of the space elevator crew came running up to me asking "how I did it?"..switch it to "manual" mode, press "start". It's quaint I know. Thanks again for letting me indulge on that machine. Shit, the basswaves WERE levitating!!!
