add a listen to this new trendy girl/boy from uk,
and
i realy like more when he dont use voices samples,
and they are everywhere, shit.. :-(
sometime:
pretty boring drums rythms, to much the same pattern for ages into the tracks....
after Scorn & Wordsound recording Burial look a bit flufy & lo-fi, not so good sound prod, can be better into lo-fi style...
but i will give more listen on this Hyperdub records for sure

The rumours around this album are incredible. Much more better then the music itself. This is pretty average album. Milanese on you:)))

the hype around the all dubstep thing is very loud....and their drum programming is very poor, and boring...I guess they are learning the rope.
you are right Moreno...go and listen to old Scorn albums, and Meat Beat Manifesto.

This rocks your mamas socks - have a few more listens everyone, it should start growing in you - and it isnt about the production level always, this and the previous burial album, musically, stands out of most electronica stuff released today and most of it is made on a laptop! |

last 20 years of eletronic music are full of AMAZING music.....
and the present is pretty much exicting....
- i dont like how they sell & advertise this Burial,
- i dont like how popular new papers speaking about this new "prodige" of the Uk undeground.
they are just making hot something, realy not so hot....
but maybe for some young listeners is interesting....
PS
im listening now the track "archangel"
unbelivable shit, is something like, eurotrance chant mixed with some old sound of warp records.... this is not the future of eletronic music at all.... |
