Hey guys, being inspired by the release of SST Japan's first comp, containing two tracks by brazilian producers, I wanted to ask:
[b]anyone know of other releases (future ones) of brazilian producers on big labels? or at least things being negotiated?[/b]
plz share your info ppl.
and let's all buy these records and support our fellow countrymen producing quality music...:D

I heard about that Spectral Skunk(Cutitiba)was working to release some stuff on SST...I hope it happen...It will be very nice for our Country
Does Anybody confirme it???

on this sst japan release... besides Shiva Kompset is there any other brazilian artist in that ?
I think big labels should mean international... weel knowed ones.. am i right Luiz Paulo ?
I see brazilian producers getting better all the time...
The next big rls should be the Vibra album on Neurobiotic...
And Stralia ? When its going to rls a album or something ?

wRECKEd mACHINES released a track I believe in Magma record from Italy last year, there are many new artists in the scene that are sending their worx out to international labels and new projects developing inside brazil too so there are going to be many many many more these next years for sure!!! :) Go to the parties!! Support the scene and the artists

there is also another release for Procyon Records but for now that is all I know, stralia studios is working fullon with Neurobiotic, ZMA and maybe Overlap Records on web design so we have many projects .... I guess this answers your question Scrupt ? no ? peace brother

On SST Japan, Social Tool Shiva is also brazilian, it's Gabe of Wrecked Machines fame.

The album from Wrecked Machines will be released by the Wajanga Records. I belive until the end of the semester. |

ok dudes lets clear the info:
1) Stralia and Vibra release in Neurobiotic Compilation Called ENCODER.
2) Vibra album called Synthesis comes out.
3) Stralia releases in Procyon Records.
4) Stralia may release in Etnicanet we are still in talks.
5) Stralia album will come out later on first Stralia plans to release lots of tracks in many "well known" psy labels. Stralia album maybe in 2003...NO WORRIES STRALIA MAN WANTS TO GUARANTEE TOP QUALITY STUFF ...
Aside from the stralia dudes... i have been hearing tons of artists from Brazil and here is the breakdown...
1) LIPE FORBES : this guy has been making completely deviated music, light, soft, mellow, tropicalia style trance that is so innovative i forget full on exists. He goes by the name of SKULPTOR
2) Kompset everyone knows no intro for this paulista.
3) Ha-Chi this is JP from TIP's friends and he has been making the best full on in brazil at the moment in my opinion.
4) Synapsy and Kaigang are progressive acts that also have innovative samples and sounds.
5) Setherian dude now is also making trance with reason he is serious and all sounds are pro.
For brazilian dudes this is the list of those who make the cut the rest of the stuff i heard is from Sequipa, Ovni and Rossi, MPA amongst others i cant remenber now...

I saw some comments abour JP on tips site.. raja ram said something... i didnt know that he produces too..
Yeah.. Kaigang and Sinapsy got good musics...
This Setherian act is Seth from Overlap Recs ?

What are the other brazilian bands that like kompset participate in these big events? Do they plan on releasing anywhere their material... I mean Influx, Sensory, Mukunga Umbura, Gil Mahadeva, Yage, there are more I believe...
