[Brain Storming] Making a Legal/Safe/Open party

Hi Mates!
Let me start that I am not a party organizer and have never organized a party before but I would like people to help brain storm to come up with idea's to have a perfectly Legal/Safe/Public Psy party.
NOTE:(If you dont have something constructive pls skip this post and avoid the wise cracks as it will only prove how negative and wasted you are)
Why are we so afraid of getting caught? What we need to do is:-
1. Find a club with decent sound
2. Start the party by 13:00hrs so we dont have any deadline issue's (prob on a Sunday)
3. Have a cop at the entrance and mention that on the flyer
4. I been to a club in the US where they make you sign a Disclaimer before they serve you a drink.. we can port that Idea as guest enter the venue... which clearly states the club/org not responsible for you possessing any banned substances and will be handed to the authorities.
5. Invite the cops to stand in a prominent location inside the club .. so only a stupid person wud think of indulging in any banned activities.
6. Dont allow backpacks just to be on the safer side..ladies can get their bags..will be frisked.
I am baffled why ppl can have Electro/House parties successfully and we cant. We need to clean the perception of the Psy scene and its association with banned substances.
I am totally into the scene for the music..always have been .. so me sipping my beers raving besides a cop does not bother me..
There is nothing to be afraid of, as dancing to loud music of any genre and drinking in a club is Absolutely LEGAL and the cops cant do Jack!
Like minded ppl in Blore PM me if you guys interested in have a scene like this ..small party..local DJ's...and the primary motive is to have a good time..not making money..

This has been discussed over and over again in different sections of Isra. The bottom line is/was if there is psytrance played, there will be people who will indulge in substance abuse. And whatever disclaimer you make everybody sign, the cops will bust your ass for organizing a party where banned substances were used. So let people who have the influence and can organize parties do their jobs. We talking and suggesting here will not make any difference. I know its unfortunate, but thats the fact.
And hey, if you are new in Bangalore, why don't you try the usual hangouts. One place you can definitely check out is Psybaba's Natural Cosmic elements in Castle street. Its pretty close to Garuda Mall, and Lifestyle. And also use PM and try to connect. I know its boring and frustrating, but when you move to a new city where you have no friends, your choices are limited. |

the muzik and party scene in bangalore in very much ALIVE ...
last 2 last weekend there was a muzikal gathering on the outskirts of bang... just few ppl... good loudspeakers.. good night & twilight muzika.. just for every1 to have a good time!!

Most of you have missed the point of this thread and are insisting to keep your 'ears open'.
It seems we all have already been conditioned to the fact that what we do is wrong and we need to hide from authority.

Lol... no offence man but that is the most stupidest thing i've ever heard  hahahahah!!!...
Whatever it is,.one thing is for sure,. psy gathering shud be outdoors in an exotic location with LOUD music n the wind in ur hair and the sky above ur head etc etc  ,. coz thats how it is meant to be... another thing is we can do a club scene within the city with all legalities but the crowd is like a bunch of kindergarten kids,. they neva understand,. they're always upto their mischeif,. BUT if they behave (which they'll not) we can do else better not... And for things in India to become like US its gonna take a lot of time n a lot of open mindedness n other things...
