hi everyone!
does anyone knows about good booking agencies here in brazil?
i got a project (becoming.intense - avatar recs), but i dont have much time or contacts to get nice bookings, so it would be nice for me to work with someone to do that. professionally, of course.

watch out people! I just got SCREWED BIG TIME!! Was supposed to go there for 6-8 gigs and two months but today, one week before I was supposed to go with my girlfriend they tell me its cancelled. My entire year is ruined because of this... thanx brazil trance scene ill never see you again

But don't judge the scene, by your own personal experiences.
It's not "always"like that.
But I have to say this:
THOSE THINGS R STARTING TO GET MORE AD MORE OFTEN!

I was about to say something when I saw Krumelur post. Sorry to hear that man....
My advices:
-Check if the agency want to push your carreer, or if the agency just want one more Project to make money.
-Talk about exclusivity. Sometimes it can be good, sometimes not.
-Take your time...
ps1:I don´t work with any agency. And I also never had problems with them myself.
ps2:I also don´t think things are getting worse, specially for foreigns... Some years ago it was soooo worse....

I'm so sorry that happend to you Krumelur! 
They should have told you at least 2-3 weeks before the party (unless it was unavoidable).
We've only had one cancelation so far, but it still bothered me to have to tell the Artist the bad news. I was (still am) very upset!
It wasn't our fault though... the venue had serious probs, so we thought it best to search for another venue and invite him back.
If anyone could list a few respectable Promotion Teams in Brazil, I'd appreciate it!
DarkPsy's there now and available for bookings 'till the end of July!

hello guys..
just a short explanation about krumelur...
i was bringing the act by myself.. not through any agency (and not to a party of mine) .. i just tried to help him making a tour in brazil... we had 7 gigs booked.. and when i charged the contracts and 1/2 fee for purchasing the tkts.. the 5 of the promoters cancelled their parties.. not the gigs themselves...
For everyone's surprise Tranceformation festival was cancelled.. sad news....
So we had only one more gig @ mystic party....
what i can say is.. personally i'm fighting to get new gigs so his tour can be made... not because i'm an agent or something, because this what i'm doing is extra (is not a work.. i'm not earning anything on that...)... is for friendshipo and respect for his music...
And i believe things will definetly work out.. working hard on that...
