BLT & Makov - NineX (Zamir,26.02.04)

For all those who are looking for "the best" I suggest you see the BLT&Makov show, coz it's THE BEST OV THE BEZT.
And that's what I came to see... 
Other than that, 1/2 Lish (donno if it was Lior or Shay) gave a very nice proggy set - building slowly towards the live act.
Danny K's set was happy and jumpy, though totally not my kind of happiness (and jumpiness is always good)
Crowd was shiny happy people.
Sound was excellent. The volume was insane though. Are you people deaf? I had to wear earplugs all the time.
Deco was also a + 
Zamir is a very nice place for parties. Still, I think the music could work much better in nature (and maybe that's why BLT&Makov in independence day seemed more energetic to me).

My ears are still ringing.... too loud too loud too loud.
Location: Zamir club in Tel Aviv, a nice shiney club in an old cinema. A club is a club is a club is a club.
Music We got there at about 2:00 when BLT + Dani Makov act was on. Pure greatness, that was. Then Danny K went on and gave a very full-onish set, but it was jumpy and happy and I didn't stop dancing. We left at about 6:00, zigzaging our way to the car and shouting to each other cause we couldn't hear anything anymore.
Sound: someone should hang the soundman for damaging ppls health; off with his head!!!. They should put a limit to the volume cause it was disasterous.
Pet Peeves: I forgot my earplugs so I can't hear a thing. The upper bar closing before I could get another drink of arak... the lower bar not having arak at all 
All in all, considering it was in a club, this was one hell of a great party!!! I had a great time.
Great seeing you ppl - Maya bee, Timmy and Yuli (I think I saw GuyShanti there too, but I can't swear on that  )
Yuli for president!!!!!

outstanding...
all respect to yuli and dani makov. one of the best live acts ever preformed in israel. even though the place can hold around 500 ppl i felt like if i was in a festival. hope to see this show again outdoors this summer.
powerfull...exelent..no words!

i must say my first party in Israel, and power you guys release is unbeleavable, the spirit is very strong here .....
about the music i would say very very nice, only the sound was little bit too much for me
alltough after a few vodkas eheheh it was manageble
take care you guys and hope to see you all saturday

i must say ...
Blt & makov live act was....wicked
very "live".....very "pro" !!
sound... was good !!
in zamir ... the sound change from spot to spot
so if u r not standing infront of those cornners midrange monitors speak'.... it's ok !!
actually the percussion & drum of makov sounds even good and clear !!

I didn't enjoy Yuli's show that much.
I felt that most of the time the music lacked psychedelic elements. The rythem was good, especialy with the live drumer, but there were no sounds that made you think deep. It was like a BLT sandwich without the bacon if you know what I mean...
