Maybe you should listen to your own words.
Why would you quit doing music? I understand that it's hard to survive as an artist nowadays and it must be bitter not to get booked outside Israel despite the amazing feedback...but still I don't see it as a reason to quit your passion.
And making trance is obviously a passion to you. You have been doing this for years, found your own style and always stayed true to yourself, unwilling to conform to more trendy (money generating) music styles.
Like any true musician you make music because you need to...it's in your blood.
So instead of feeling sorry keep making those groovy soulfull tribadelic floorfillers and do some commercial music on the side. No big deal!

woutski totally agree with you.
and yuli if you mix prog with full on and create your style... mix good music without making mutch money.. with "not so good" music that makes money (after all we are all talking about tastes..dont be so "blue" because there are so mutch colours out there...)
and people who say to you.." dont change man continue this and that.. he will continue to count "cents".. no way the thing is just inside you.. no matter if you do a full on track to achive some money.. people be shanti but not to mutch.. theres a real world out there.. where people kill another to have hes place...
and this is just my way of see this things..
yuli respect and please just do what you think is best for you.. not just to look good or bad.. cest la vie

FOR ME, its far more danceable than full-on and the rest with all the messy sounds that dont fit together and the fast bpm..

This in indeed one of the saddest messages i've read in a while. I have to say me and a number of people down under were hoping and praying that you would make it down under over the festival season. Your new album is absolutely mindblowing, and is already fast making it to the top of my fave albums list. I wish you luck with any upcoming projects, and hope that you either reconsider or at least don't decide to deprive the world of your gift.

For sure I feel very bad to know that Blt is ended!
But Iīm not here to say to u not to stop. I understand your point, and Iīm just waiting for your new stuffs. Youīre a MUSICIAN and u will never stop making music from your heart. So Iīm sure u will continue making great tracks under any project name.

I canīt for a second agree what you said Yuli, that you should take this as a personal failure or not been creating important music enough to reach the masses. I can imagine that most money for an artist like yourself oughta come from live performances. And just as Tim said on the above here, organisers donīt want to take risks anymore worldwide. and to state Tims following sentence; I listened to your cd today that i borrowed from a friend and man, this is something that i just cant skip a single song on. Thereīs just so much music and feel and i just didnīt think i could feel like this about a cd. Trance music has evolved, into this. a all year around live experience that i will run and buy as soon as i get my paycheck:)
Iīve listened to it some times today, and to answer Mr. Sensients quote, this is a journey that might be to personal and that just getīs to close to your skin and into your mind for some people to handle. I donīt know, i just know that you are an artist for a reason.

yu know in the old days artists didn't give up just cos no1 liked their work. sure they might have gone mad or something, but atleast they kept on doing their thing..

well yuli its sad to see you leave but i appreciate your guts to take the required step,you feel on the situation n responded intellegently rather than emotionally...
lemme say i personally got a lot of inspiration from your stuff......it had a very nice flow n had its own sense of style.....

hey man,
its very sad to hear that you stop...i really like your stuff and your idea to put progressive and full on in one basket ..its very heavy to bring new ideas nobody had befor and its very hard to confrontait the ppl with this new stuff..insteed of doing everytime the same...i think your music is/was very different and something special...you got your own style which not many artist have around here...your music is a feeling !!!

i really understand you man but dont give up life is life and its to goddamn short to quit
iworked 2 jobs just to make a studio and i never released anything yet and i make progy staff to iff i listen to your words i must quit yesterday but never i do what i love even iff im the only one that listens to it
