every album that they released is master peace, couse it was totaly new music and idea and concept for the time that was released ... I like Iritant the most, couse of the powerfull groove, i like older one also, Radio with legendary Psycho Machine on it ... We Interface as Mantik says is master piece from totaly diferent perspective ... So if we are just looking trought the one music style, we can say this one is the best, but their music is much more than just psy, or tech-trance, or electro ... they are X Dream, and they rullz

My fav is We Interface.. the older ones (I mean the really old ones..) sound way too dated. As good as the music is.. the sound is just plain bad 
edit.
By the way there will soon also be a X-Dream remixed album out on TIP
including (afaik)

The track appeared on Alex Boshke's Top10 for April.. TIP about to release X-Dream remixed. logical conclusion that this track is included..
Let's hope so anyways
