Small parties are definitely my favourite at the moment.
The nice vibe and craziness that goes on is just too much fun.

Dat Mafia is certainly nice. I heard when Jikkenteki broke his computer before the gig, Sharaku bought him a new one. Also, Sin-X has played at our last 2 parties in the chill and you couldn't find a more wholesome guy.

Also heard the 2 small speakers they use are "Italy's Outline System" which can really blast it and perfect for a party of 300 people.

For me though, I can't get into that Finland Suomi Sounds - its too much like Nintendo Music for me. But despite this I would still go to Dat Mafia for the good party people.           The music was like new black polished chrome
that came over the sky like liquid night.

What matter is the concept that each organizers creates and presents.

I'd say all organizers are the best as long as they are not commercial minded losers.

Hey Shed,

That's interesting what you say and I'm interested in understanding deeper what you mean.

Concept?
For example my own party just has the aim to bring fresh artists to Japan and create a good flow / story. example: progressive - downbeat - dark - fullon - morning - goa... like this.

Is this a concept or are you talking like spiritual stuff... this is a "harvest moon party" or "chakra journey" something like this?

Also what do you mean by commercial minded losers?
Again using myself as an example... I've been losing money on parties for many years now but just starting to turn it around. I would like make money and grow my party into my image of a "dream party". I think you have to be commercially minded to do this. Ofcourse I would never have Heineken banners at the entrance of the party and stuff like that but what I think is that you need money to pay for that "big deco idea" or that "great sound system" or the performance fee of your "favourite artist". When stuff costs a lot of money, you got to be commercially minded.

When money and commercialism actually detracts from the party / trance experience then I think that is wrong.

Are big parties like Solstice, VQ, Mother... etc. commercial minded losers? I enjoy some of these parties.

A bad situation in Japan right now is all i can say.
Clubs shutting down, no more people paying money for parties and music.
So what happening right now in Japan, from what i see, everybody is losing money in this trance industry.
Well not exactly losing but, not making enough to actually eat.
But what i think im beginning to see is the small underground scene, beginning to flourish, like once before. a good thing.

Good parties, just depend on what parties you like, big or small, full on, progressive.
Im pretty sure there is a perfect party for you.
