Usually the two don't go together.
So yes the best parties are underground and so are the best organizers and that's where they should stay.
And usually the answer for these two questions are not the same.
Though most artists seem to care a lot more of the second one than the first, or care for the second one only.

Well to be honest i like commercial parties
Tomer contacted me about some coorporation thats why i ask you people since i have no clue about what is going on down there in Israel.
He sounds like a nice guy and is going to visit Greece the next month.

Tomer is a nice guy, so is Oren from Oma coma, and he also makes commercial parties.
They do good parties, but don’t expect that underground feeling. This feeling is something most Israeli trance ppl won’t give up for anything.
