Check out Bluetech on Waveform Records. He just put out an album, Prima Materia. I am not really into downtempo very much at all, but I personally love this album....

and one of his newer tracks was on my cd i sent out like mad this summer.

what i like the most from american music is britny ofcourse....just lovely-so deep and spiritual

seriously now,well i like deeper in zen-quite noisy music to burn the floors!
greghonearth has some really nice deep and dark tunes which i like a lot.
i also like the unique sounds of onnomon........and penta..
BUT the best artist from the states for me is OCELOT!!!!!!!his music is so fucking twisted with multy-layered sounds and melodies, inovative ideas and a totally different ride than most of todays music, which deffinitely make me go wild.actually its one of my favourite artists,i.e. music, at the moment in general.
can't wait to hear some other stuff!
some really nice music is comin out from the states!excelent...
