hmmm....let me know whoz your favourite portuguese producer at the moment..i'll let u know that mine is Tryambaka at the moment!   the man parte a loiça toda ( breaks all the plates ) for those who don't understand portuguese

i don´t know if they are the best and it also doesn´t matter but from what i´ve been listening cosmic station are making some really good music.

here we have so many good music...without any "best" order: Suria, Audialize, Menog, Nexus, DarkPsy, Boogieman, Zero Sequence, Binary, Sidharta, Khopat, Spectra, Cosmic station, Ypnox, Gordon shumway, Lab, Lobotomia, Brainwash, Game Over, Odyssey....
and iam sure there are some more, but maybe i havent heard...
