So there is no topic yet...
I'm really curious what movies the psy-trance lovers are watching
Probably for some of you the best movie of 2009 was James Cameron's Avatar.

In my opinion some of the best of 2009 were:

"The Limits Of Control" by Jim Jarmusch

"Inglorious Bastards: by Q. Tarantino

and to name just a foreign film

"Politist, Adj." by Corneliu Porumboiu

I'm sure there are other great films from 2009 that i didn't saw yet... for reasons like distribution or so.
Anyway hope to chalenge you enough to write just 3 movies of 2009 and after to see the statistics

Cheers and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I have to think about it for a little while.
I'm aching to see "The Limits Of Control", btw.

But I think the film the most got to me this year was "Okuribito" aka "Departures".
It's a beautiful movie, with a very touching story and a remarkable cinematography.

Go watch it: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1069238/

I cant even think of other one I can regard as good as this two.           "The dedication to repetition — the search for nirvana in a single held tone or an endlessly cycling rhythm — is one of electronic music's noblest gestures."

"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"!? You've got to be kidding me - all those "Life is like a box of chocolates"-like analogies almost had me puking, and I felt like punching Cate Blanchett's character throughout the movie. It's a disgrace that it got nominated for so many Oscars.

Haven't decided on my own list yet
