a nice cover that hasn't been mentioned yet is .....
biodegradable - phaser
great picture , beautiful colours. i think to fully appreciate it you have to see it for real (not on the net) as it's a fold out cover (digipak).the music on the cd is pretty cracking too 
but speaking of digipaks i must admit i prefer jewel cases to them, because if they break you can replace them ,where as a broken digipak is ready for the bin

Nice topic here are my top ten all time favorite covers
1.Various Artists-Undercover (Hadshot Haheizar). This has to be the most intelligent and funny cover ever.I even wanted to buy it on T Shirt but i couldnt find one on my size hehe.
2.Koxbox-The Great Unknown. I bought this one just and only for its amazing manga cover,all time classic.
3.Shiva Space Japan-Force. Amazing combination of dragons,japanese letters,clouds and black space.One of the cds that i also bought just for its cover.Tremendous art work.
4.Deedrah-Reload. Amazing orange cover and the zepelin and the girl look very nice.Not to mention that its the best music cd ever for me hehe.
5.Dragonfly Records-Order Odonata Volume 6. Superb combination of a black dressed woman with a sky rocket on the backround,real intelligent cover with many meanings.
6.Shpongle-Tales Of Inexpressible. It just makes you dream
7.Space Cat-Power Up. Yes i do love those mangas.
8.BLT-God Is Love. Great concept and great colours.
9.Synthetic-100% Pure. Minimal art at its best.
10.Atmos-Headcleaner. Nice and clear colours.

i lovvvvvvve the Melicia cd cover really cool
and makes u wonder about the tunes beneath it
