I always liked Cosmosis' artwork and Tzahi's work for Infected Mushroom's first two albums and fis work for Psycraft. Also nice covers: Shpongle covers, Space Cat's Beam me up is a great album and great cover art.
Also lately i saw nice design in BLT's God is love.
And Brahma's work for TIP albums like: Crystal skulls and Alien Project's Aztechno Dream.
And all the albums with Raja Ram's trippy paintings, like in his Stash Bag.

and yes, Dragon Tales is very impressive also, especially in Lp form.

Tzahi Only Did Classical Mushroom's cover
my personal Favs -
Retro CD Vol. 1 - Clean design, superb graphic work on the booklet, elaborated, detailed, yet minimalistic.
MFG - The Message: Futuristic design, very cool, sleek graphics and concept.
Infected Mushroom - Classical Mushroom - ... Need i say more?
PsySex - Hardcore Blastoff - RETRO!!!
Amalgamated Amalgamation - Psychedelica at it's best. not too screamy and 3d, yet not too mellow either. stunning work.
last, but not least -
The Muses Rapt - Spiritual Healing - the combination of Indian cluture, Chrisitanity and Tibetian Philosophy (coupled with some of the most amazing music i've ever heard) make for one superb looking cover.

Sorry for being negative, but am I the only one who doesn't like the AA cover?
And Jason, what is so good about Hardcore Blastoff? Yea retro, yea nice idea.. But it's so ugly!! The only good thing about it is the amazing music inside  One of my most favorite albums.

have a good one. and when you start desigining cd covers, you'll understand what's so nice about it. it's gimmicky, but in a very good way.
