big plus for fm lead is to have a synth that can hard syncro the fmed osc..that way their is way more sweet spot (with fm amount and osc freq )..and u can always turn sync off if want usual behavior.. but sure if the fm is not that great it will still sucks.. |

syncing fm gets rid of the tunning issue due to the lin/exp nature of fm,.....
what about sync and phase modulation??
