Full-on and psytrance: Marcelo VOR and Swarup
Also have to say that Henry, aka HYT, is gonna be very well known in some time. Youll see his killer dj sets around..
Progressive i have to say Flow & Zeo and Matera.

never heard of these djs but would like to comment on android...nice track list for any morning audiotec,vibe tribe,bizzare contact u surely have my vote  ..

from the extreme south (RS), i can say that we don`t like Gabe or Macks Dj set anymore, as we used to. too little psychedelia, too much groove not enough mind groove.
the only Dj who simply blew my mind last year was V.O.R., vey unique style and track selection, and thats what you expect from a DJ, something more than a top 10 you can arrange at winamp.
also, Rica Amaral came back from europe and have done a amazing set down here last year, surely the best set i ever heard from Rica. I dunno if that was because he played after an horrible-top-of-thepops-set by X-Noise, but he played serious psy trance music, with a unique style and full of classics. very unexpectable for a commercial Dj @ a commercial party, and from that moment on he surely has got my admiration. |

oh, and for progressive trance i really have to stick with a duo from SC, Thiago Alves and Rafa Castilho. This guys play PSYCHEDELIC and TRANCEY progressive music.
from what i`ve seen at last tranceformations, both Flow& Zeo and Matera are playing progressive House-electro music, wich i don`t think should even count for best trance Djs.
maybe for skol beats or a club that would be fine.. |
