can you tell me who is the 3 best Dj an Producers (psytrance and full on) in S.Africa?

Aleph/Phyx is definitely doing it for me these days... he is producing some really crazy music and his dj sets always leave me standing in awe... and amazement.. he knows exactly what tune to play.. and when to play it.... the man has got skills.
Skragg... jeeeeeees... Skragg is always caning the dance floor and making people just want to fall over... with the amount of pounding that he administers.....
And..Shift... eish... what more needs to be said of this crazy muddafugga? He's tearing up dance floors everywhere he goes.. and his production just keeps getting better.. and more meaner.. and tougher.. every single time.. layers.. and layers of psychedelic madness!
Rinkadink too... got that bouncy flavour... with a slice of cheese... and loads of smiles.. and laughter all around.. i dig the dude's music.. it's tight.. brilliantly produced.. and inspiring.. to say the least.
And yeah... gotta mention damage.. cos i'm getting tired of writing! Damage.. well yeah.. pounding trance.. ey? In our face.... hip-to-da-hop trance... that keeps you bouncing and cringing!
I must sound like an advert.

If you could get hold of the two most recent compilations of South African trance you'll notice that that there is a softer side (Nano Records) with polished progressive sounds for a splendid sunrise set, as well as a harder option (Timecode) with a harder bassline and darker side to it, ideal for a nightime set. I think it's great to have such variety! |
