I don't have a copy of trilogy myself but it's a sound I instantly recognise when I hear it a la Colin OOOD for example. For me nothing cuts through the mix like it.

Cronox 2 for sure.
you don't even have to export notes to wav,it's just super stable and has clean and punchy sound.i wish all vst's were made like this monster
