Hi all !!

I'd like to share the info that made my day a few minutes ago.. The sublabel Chill Out Right Now is about to release an album that will probably be something special : a team formed with Paul Brtschitsch who needs no introduction and hamburger techno producer Jens Beese.. This album will combine Elektro, Dub, Jazz, Funk, Rock and TripHop, and is announced on CORN website for Feb 17th, but I read on a german website about March.. So I hope it won't be delayed too much cause now I can't wait for it.. Brtschitsch previous 'freestyle' release, teamed with Dr.Atmo ("Change Your Life" on Silke Maurer) is a stunning one, surprising many people when I do play some tracks in Chill Outs..

Nice move for CORN who seems not to wanna stick to a precise style in its catalogue, which is nice..

Indeed this is a unusual release for a downbeat label like c.o.r.n.. But i think it will find a lot of friends also in the psy-scene as well. It's some nice mixage of all different music-styles - on downbeat level, like KakoOlalaJwal already said. I'm really surprised to read something about a release like this on a psytrance-forum. I gave the album a listen and appreciated the tracks very much.
To Matze and B&B: good luck with that one!

I dropped a few lines already about the Change Your Life album, though not as a whole thread.. This album is so impressive because of the obvious ammount of work hidden behind each tiny sound or rhythmical element and also the great atmosphere they managed to create in the tracks..
That's why I'm so excited about this one now..

Hi again KakoOlalaJwal,
how it is going? Everything fine?

Yes the guy named on the p.o.r.n./c.o.r.n. website is me.
Sometimes i do some graphics on request...

Why the samples can't be played?

Oh yes Miro I'm all fine, hope you are too !

About the samples, when you do click on the "listen to it" icons you get the frustrating "The page cannot be found" redirection hehe.. On the first two tracks, the url is broken, the others do have a .mp3 extension but still don't work..

About the graphics well I'll comment more when I'll have my copy, but the front picture looks nice, kind of Gigger influenced.. Am I wrong ?

Yes the technique is inspired by the illustartor HR Giger.
But i made it much more bright and not that HRG typical,
especially his strange way to show woman i did not adapted.
Also not his industrial and dirty machine feeling.
But when you got a copy of it, then tell me your comments.

Of course
I didn't mean that, and the contrast with the desert shows it completely !
Yes I'll comment more, I hope to have the time for a full review when it'll be out !

2- No CORN on Beatport..

Hope they'll do it asap !           .

Hi to you all,

@KakoOlalaJwal: thank you very much for your announcement and the great support.
@Miro: schön dich hier zu sehen

I want to apologize for the not working sound samples..., there is a problem with my homepage and I can't fix it. :-(

You can listen to track samples at :
http://www.beatport.com/c.o.r.n.

here are the news:

CD will be out sooooon, very soon, be prepared.
A big thank you to all, who support us by buying this album in order to keep unusual music alive.

The CD is at the final stage of manufacturing we had to fix several things, but now we have the quality we need to release an album.

Main distribution will be Nova MD in Stuttgart, and you should get your album through the usual channels.
If you have problems to get hold of this album please drop me a mail to corn (at) playoutrightnow.com

If you are a reviewer, please contact me.

This album is definitely different.
We at c.o.r.n. want to release interesting quality and timeless music that's expanding musical horizons. Maybe some people will like it in a few years better than today.
;-)

musically yours

Hi,

after a few delays ... the CD is OUT NOW.

Our new distributor is:
NovaMD (http://www.novamd.de)

the CD is on already available on CDBaby:
http://www.cdbaby.com/beesebrtschitsch

and there you can listen to soundsamples as well.

Yes, the artwork is again absolutely KILLAH (thank you Miro!), we want to give you once again a precious collectors item and we do.

about the notworking soundsamples on our page:
unfortunately we can't change anything about this problem. It is not so easy to solve and our webmaster got a very good job, so he doesn't had the time yet to fix it.., since more than one year, maybe it will be like this until eternity, who knows, maybe we should tell somewhere on the page, because we want to make you happy .. and not frustrated about non-working soundfiles.

Get your copy now .. as long it's there...
