to pay 100 nis foe someone who doesnt know how to organize too much...
but to pay 100 nis for GOOD PARTY

dear raver grl and yuli psy colleuge.....100 shekel for a party of this line up is way way 2 much:)) and i threw sum parties...if u think it through ..the organizers need 2 pay for hagbara....(i guess they will take 1 or if they r large 2 turbo sets(and tt's if they took good sound for us..) they have 2 pay only for 2 local artists and 1 joti and his plane ticket may b....
the place...i think they get a good deal now in the summer...
so after calculating those...and taking 100 shekel i'm SURE!!!!
the organizers will make a nice kupa out of this partya...!!
and btw......no one was bitching...just that joti and his partty colleuges are not my line of thang.....
so take hotzaot against hachnasot and u get alot of money in the +
side
......

i think that sometimes it's fun to go to a small "friends" party, with almost no charge of money, cool sets of new non full of themselves d.j's that would lve to put allot of famous tracks, and than you get the old vibes of the good parties...
and sometimes when you have a serious line-up
of d.j's + beutifull girls from ramat hasharon.. ;-)
you can go and pay 100 shekels if you wanna, it's another enviroment, another type of gathering.
nothing wrong with organaziers who want to make some money after a few years they are busting their asses in trance parties, nothing wrong
with small friends party.
i think allot of people here should have a chillum and stop crying all day long.

what's wrong with the organizers making a big kupa (a large profit)? don't u all want to support the scene you comfortably suck on? same as with MP3s - u want to have the music, but u're not ready to pay the price for it.
man, look at the whole market, prices rise due to changes in other prices and the risks of investment. once producing a trance party was a matter of bringing a few dj friends, a couple of speakers, 2 MDs. Today a trance party just has to have at least 1 foreign act (which costs a lot - flights, accomodations, food, transportation), a professional sound system (otherwise you'll bitch about the sound, wouldn't u?!), bar, security (no arsim, remember?), deco and probably the venue itself - add to that the big risk of being closed down (or even worse), and you will see why producing an underground trance party is quite an economic suicide.
now, I do agree that this specific line-up won't budge me outa my house, but people, U gotta understand that u must pay for entertainment, nothing is for free anymore (ah, the good old days...).
I really haven't heard any of my 'normal' friends complain about 100 NIS when going to a 'normal' club party. get real, u live in (poor) israel.
