So i am going to cut straight to the point..
How can i make bassline like this one:

Use a synth with a single saw wave oscillator, with an accurate amp decay envelope setting to get that plucking sound, and pass it to a LP filter, with a modulation envelope closing the filters frequency knob. Don't forget to play in the low octaves notes.

The bass is likely to be processed with some multiband distortion tool such as Quadrafuzz or Fabfilter Saturn. Adds a bit of warmth to the sound.
