U try this video, and see how it goes, lower the octave if u want, dunno if u use Sylenth or not but u can do it with any other synth, the interaction with the kick is very important so keep that in mind.
Bass is important, but all the other stuff is equaly important and how they interact.
Lower the volume on all your channel, raise the kick, then percs, then bass, dont go by numbers, just listen.

its midi triplets.. set ur grid to triplest in ur daw midi editor and play around.. maybe add some swing.. imo
Ohh yeah. fiddle and boom. Ableton addict :)

What's the big deal with this bass?
It's not about triplets, its basically a K-B-B-B with tight notes and short cutoff. Root note might be arround D.
