the name and the art are obviously to inspire more 12 year olds to get into trance and start producing LOL

One of the first things I thought.. Absolutely no technique in this draw.. many mistakes in the perspective.. A beginners one.. Or a kids..

It's just amazing...

This cover is really terrible, 'buckle up/translucent garage'.

It could have been fun with a proper vectorial draw...

Like the com.pact one, it just looks too "naive"..

(no shadows, big mistakes in the perspective, the reflected light on the minivan windows that is not coherent, the shapes of the girls that are lifeless, and so on..)

A pity..

I think this new Entheogenic cover for Dialogue Of The Speakers is terrible. Some sort of teenage kids fantasy... Unbelievable..!

Great album though.

Yep, when i was a teenager i always fantasized about naked women coming out of big flowers!

If i were you i'd write a strongly worded letter to Chillcode about it.          Am i the only one who believes in solipsism?

I'll admit it's cheesy but i still think it's a nice colourful bit of fantasy hippy art... and it makes a change from all those geometric patterns and hackneyed sci-fi covers.

Maybe i'm just easily pleased

I reckon cover art is a waste of time and money anyway, it's the music we're after. 3/4 of the cd's i buy are delivered with the bit in the middle that holds the cd in the clear plastic case broken and bits of plastic floating around to scratch the cd.
I just flick the whole case including the artwork straight into the rubbish bin.
I've never read a booklet yet.
send the cd in one of those cardboard cases that some software comes in, save on postage and save costs by not having to pay a graphic designer for crap cover art

You bring here an endless discussion, and as a graphic designer you'll guess that I can't agree with this.. So no need to argue, I was just smiling when I read you're sometimes throwing the cases into the bin, haha at least you make no compromise !

About the Entheogenic I'd like to see a relation between a blondie (not that cute btw), a big flower and "Dialogue of the Speakers" but ehm.. I just cannot.. Maybe someone can help ?           .

hey people,

it's very easy...
she's holding a megaphone in her hand which
is transforming into a entheogenic plant...
you can see all relevant details on the cover
at psyshop.com
In the background is another girl which is
also holding such an megaphone in her hands.
So it seems, like they are communicating
with each other...
All the stuff you can see in the picture is
made of entheogenic plants and so on...
it's the same with entheogenics music, you
first have to listen a while to get into...

To all the other people who are doing any
comments about design, FIRST SHOW WHAT YOU
HAVE IN YOUR F... BLACKBOOKS!

Okay
Now I get it, it was not that obvious to identify what she's holding in her hand.. (probably because of its colours)

I assume you're the or one of the designers hehe, so about your last sentence, just keep in my mind that you'll never get the unanimity so keep cool ! Now that I could understand the allegory I'm seing it in another way already..
