Well, to end the rumors:
No more BNE.
Distribution moved to Hatav Hashmini here in Israel.
Infected Mushroom are gonna sign in a big American label.
Son Kite will find a new home for their albums.

Matter of time before every psy label closes its doors.
New technology has many positive and negative effects and i guess ADSL technology tottally destroyed the music industry (in general and not only in psy trance) and in the next 4-5 years i am sure it will tottally destroy the movies industry too when the internet speeds will be so fast that movies will be downloaded in a matter of seconds by everyone everywhere.

sure with the music they play nowdays they can sign to Universal,SonyBMG,Virgin,EMI or make a collaboration with Metallica as well

I think Son Kite are now free to release their album on any Label they want. If BNE went bankrupt they are no longer tied by any agreement. Well... I hope so
