ok so yet another summer is over or bout to be (at least where I am) and autumn is upon us. What would be your ideal musiq for autumn. you know albums that make you a little sad, melancholic (the feeling of leaving the summer) but also a fresh excitement and joy.

I would recommend Air (all albums really but I am listening to Pocket symphony these days)
Mogwai
Belle and Sebastian (also suitable for summer)
Calaxico
Iron and Wine
Chairlift - does you inspire you
Yo la Tengo
Zee Avi
JJ - jj n° 2

Nice list.

I'd add Nitin Sawhney, Arab strap, Beth Orton, Lamb, maybe Underworld's "Beaucoup Fish", Koop, Deep Dive, J.Viewz.            Peace, Love, Death metal

I discovered "Soften" the past year by listening "Couleur 3", the best swiss radio.
