"CROSSROADS: Psychedelic Dance Exploration"

playing a full selection of goa and psychedelic trance/downtempo from 9 PM Saturday to 9 AM Sunday
-beautiful, secluded rural location
-heated + enclosed main stage
-hardwood dance floor
-full flouro environment w/ sound by Nuclear Subs
-breakdancing by CypherDance
-free parking, bathroom facilities
-bonfire chillspace
-projections
$5 cover charge

Come early, but please -- keep your vehicle parked unless you intend to leave for the rest of the party, as cars going to and from will attract unwanted attention.
Due to the impromptu nature of this event we urge you to to organize rides quickly. This will no doubt be the last outdoor psy party in the Midwest for the rest of 2004.

this looks awesome....good luck avi and the rest of you crazy gnomes/samadhis/. make sure you dig up alot of that good midwestern soil.

Ahhh.....
Just incase people have not realized/figured out, this event is going to be in a barn with a hardwood dance floor. The place, is going to be well heated.
Also there is an indoor chill space and a bonfire outside incase you wanna get away from things.

Yes, the party is in an enclosed and well heated barn. There is also an enclosed chill out room. People will be extremely warm and comfortable. Also the Chai will help

Crossroads was great, just wish the crowd had a bit more stamina As usual, the Iowa posse kept stomping until late and were last to leave. We finally petered out at 8 am due to work obligations by some riders (sorry Derby  ).
The space was wonderful. If I get rich I am going to make that in my back yard. Looks like it was an art studio/warehouse/garage. Really neat set up with some deco surrounding. I felt so comfortable there that I totally let loose. Was great to see some of the dark folk come out to play, I enjoyed messing around with them (or were they messing with me?). Anyways, lots of energies came together to make this a wonderful eve.
We got there around Midnight due to being lost a tad as normal. All the sets were stellar as usual. I particularly enjoyed Toki (hope I got the name right) playing some tribal psy and morning goa with a bit of psy-funk thrown in for good measure. Had not heard much of that so was a treat. Friends that I rode with were praying that there would be a lot of full-on and they were not disappointed I definately let loose as well.
A great night, one of those events that totally revitalizes you before letting you go back to normality. I hope we see more events out there, the space is amazing !
