California peeps going to Universo: What paths and airfare rates have you found? Does anyone have a line on a group package? I will be leaving from SFO, but a friend suggested that LAX may be cheaper.
And thoughts on getting yellow fever vaccination?

yellow fever is advised 10 days in advance to travel and is worth 10 years of usage maybe more. It isnt a complete jungle but it is worth playing it safe.
I`m not sure about sf, but there are flight to brasil from lax, jfk and the florida airport but i forgot it`s name. Most likely you`ll have to fly all the way down to sao paulo then up again.
I advise you to get your trip arranged in the us rather than trying to book a flight in sao paulo.
Be advised brasil is also the worst country for punctuality. So expect delayes or plan for the worst.
