Calling all Boston area goa-fragels, psy-pixies and other freaks who enjoy phat baselines with some right proper rippin' synths 
DJ Xylo will be having a special guest on her show Anti-Beta Blocker on WMBR (88.1FM) this Friday from 9pm-10pm. Tune in for Arahat / dj Hidro-Ponik from PsyCircle Records in San Diego playing a set of some seriously wicked sounds guaranteed to rock your world and tickle you pink.

aeon, those times will never, ever be forgotten. there was nothing like rockin at UCSC in the middle of the redwood forest. and the fact you got fan mail over the years from the prison off the 101, just proved that even criminals love psytrance!!
i'm really stoked for this, thank you again optix for the connection. i have never played on the Boston airwaves, this makes me very happy to hear that electronic music still survives on college radio in beantown. see you tomorrow night!

ah i miss the days aeon! i truly do!
driving up every sunday just to hear the freshest psy - back when infected (to me) was the pinnacle of the scene... man you really woke me up on that one! ahaha!

definitely a really fun experience. Hui from WNBR (www.djxylo.com) was a great hostess. Her show at M.I.T. is called Anti-Beta Blocker and this was the first time having psychedelic trance on her show; which is normally electro or techno derived. Check out her set, she has all of her shows archived.
I feel honored to have played at such a historical landmark of boston. It was at the college radio station in a really slick studio in the basement of a 100 year old building facing the charles river (aka the friggin chahles rivah!).
It also trips me out that i was able to bust some audial crazyness to brilliant up-n-coming scientists, CHEMISTS, mathemeticians and such. maybe they'll pick up on the frequencies and spread the seed. you never know..................

Can't edit so ill just post again.
I gave it a listen, and while i did quite appreciate the mixing, we have radically opposite tastes in psy, mine being to the boundary of morning cheese, and this being all the way at the opposite of night/dark (i hate that term).
Overall it still made me happy to know we have these going on!

Here's the track list. and Riton, I hear what you're saying, I used to play the cheese before it was called cheese. Back then it was all just called psytrance.
This style I would say is basically Night-time psy, I definitely wouldn't call it dark. I don't recall any women screaming or rattling chains in there
