congratulations for the Psytribe crew for this incredible event.Thanks a lot...Spyros and Andy, you brothers know how to give,and being like that you will get 1000 000 times in "things" like PEACE AND LOVE(money some day...hehe)
Again ...what a great party and thanks for the previlegy to be part of this massive and full of love production.sincerely.Manny and Rie.

Indeed, fun party guys. Nice new take on deco for the area as well.
Killer sets by Earthling, Spook and Dai.

Got to the party around 11 or so...
Kiva was playing some really nice music..
It was quite cold @ nite...
The sound and decorations were really nice.. Good Job Asi 
I had work @ 9 the next morning so i basically missed most of the nite.. I left at around 1 at nite...
Anyone with pics of the morning? Pls post them..

I have 8 morning pics during Dado's set including a nice one just as the sun hits the booth.
Bit of trouble FTP'n to my site so pm with e-mail address so I can get them over.
And as I sit here unwrapping kontakt 2 you got me thinking about the sunrise again.
Favorite moments:
1. Seeing the stars give way to patches of light blue above the mountain peaks while Earthling takes a bow and hands it over to Dado.
2. DAI!
3. And whomever mixed in "planet" while I was out taking a power nap - THANK YOU! (Kuda?)
This was.......historical.

Big thanks to people who came out for our spring opening celebration ANIXI. It was very beautiful party. As I expected, when the sun showed his face up, Dado's music could not have been better, it was true magical...it was just so amazing and tons of remixes from his secret stash bag. Not to mention, all the djs played great. I loved each moment of their sets.
Thanks for kind comment for my set, Manny, Paradigm, and Metrolab. I really appreciate it.
and, was that you, Metrolab? came to behind the booth when I was playing? Sorry if I missed talking to you...bussy with the deck work at the time.
Alright, have a good rest and hopefully see you all at the thursday for the decompression.

good party fellas. the towers and trippy fan blades are some of my favorite installations witnessed at the ranch. the projectors were spitting out some INTENSE eye candy. excellent job from the visuals team, outstanding display on 3 large screens.
the artwork and basic feel of the party seemed very organic and raw, back to the native state of the human mind. futuristic tribal is something that popped in my head while listening to earthling rock some bad-ass grooves from his power book.
i thought the weather was perfect, the slight breeze did make it feel cold sometimes but the dancefloor provided lots of heat when needed, which was a definite plus.
people were losing themselves to the moment at every moment. the dancefloor was packed all night, even as we left at noon on sunday.
springtime parties are incredible. everybody was in a great mood which made for a positive experience.
i look forward to the next one. i can honestly say that every party i have attended from psytribe since 2000 has gotten better at every showing. keep up the good work everybody. get some rest. |

That was my first Psytribe party, loved the music and vibes! Earthling broke my feet, damn he knows how to rock a dancefloor! And he's such the anti-rockstar, really down-to-earth... guess that's why he's Earthling.
Favorite moment: finding my friend Vlad on the decks, closing out the party. He'd been wandering around all day asking DJs to play his CDs. I tried to explain to him why that wasn't a good idea, but he insisted and wound up spinning the closing set! I guess a little persistence pays...

I've gotta say....Dai was rockin it! And Spook trips me out with his visuals!
I've also gotta say......the way that Earthling opened up with the first few tracks was brilliant....it was exactly what I wanted to hear! He started off with a minimal dark trance approach, then slowly brought up the energy.....genius....much better than his love parade set by far. The remix of his catalyst track was superb!
I missed most of Deedrah's set, but I was around for Andy Barakuda and Spyros....they really impressed me with their morning material....it like wasn't cheesy at all...it was very nice trippy music, very danceable, exactly what I wanted to hear in the morning!
Psytribe parties have NEVER dissapointed me what-so-ever, so far....excellent work, bros

Min. Dark trance sounds like Celli's kind of music, but his other projects : Vatos Locos and Soundaholix are anything but that... did he also include that side of him in his set or did he just stick with the Earthling sound? |

well, he did step it down a little a couple of times, but he pretty much stuck around the "Earthling" sound. Psytribe booked him as Earthling, so the man did his duty and stuck to his principle.

Thanks to all for the kind words!
We all at Psytribe worked real hard for this event and you people showed much appreciation,making it indeed a very special party.....
I want to thank Celli(Earthling)and Dado for not only their great sets,but there great vibes and friendly attitudes......
They both are class acts and great people!
The music from all the djs was great.From Kiva,to Spook,Dai(dark and pounding set),Earthling(wow),Dado(o ya),Barakuda,and of course a sick morning set(my favorite of the day)by Psyclops!Good shit Kerry!Even Vlad im pressed me!
I had a memorable experience that i will not soon forget....thanks again to all!See you on June 11th for the next Psytribe.....Peace... |
