i own an apologize to a trance artist - alien project- (ari linker)
please don't delete this post.
this thread was quite harsh and unreasonbly aggressive aganist alien project, i speaked with him, and believe me, he DIDN'T took the guitars from talamasca, it was a sample on a cd .
it was a mistake to accuse him for "stealing", "copying" , "ripping-off" or whatever.
i suggest we all hear the whole album first before making an opinions on it..

I heard the whole album.
It seems all these big artists liked those riffs. But IMO they're kinda repetitive. But lot's of people like it.
You wanna "stealing", "copying" , "ripping-off" or whatever? Please do it with Dream Theater...

hi everyone
well, i'm sure there are members of this discussion, who r not only just dicussers
i mean not only chattering but also doing something;
playing, composing, designing, promoting etc
and we all know very well how uncirtain the 'newness' of the sounds (used in the trax) are
so this is not actual to talk 'bout a guitar itself, but the 'sonic solution' of using the tune...

yes, i'm "acting" too, but if i think of a guitar riff or any other 'live' sound anyway, i almost always performing it myself and i'm sure it's good way to express yourself, your ideas!
but, probably, it would take a bit training, if you're not enough skilled...
