My friend I can almost bet that your problem is with the RAM, unlinked them on the Bios... And there´s also another few tweaks that you have to do, cannot remember exactly what, its in regards to the multiplier, but try with te unlinked, should be under advanced options...
Happened the same to me...
Turn it on with only one ram and see if it goes till the end....
Use it on slot 1... If it does not boot put another stick, is your ram all the same brand? Give me your full specs.
Also google is full of information, check your problem online...

well solved guys...
win 7 64 bits installed
it turned to be the CPU... my cpu e8400 for some reason burned the 64 arcthecture..so i could install only 32 bits system with it...
i swapped the cpu for my old one...and it worked...
dang that s sad.. i lost an E8400 only 7 months old ;/
prob because of overclock..
anyway someone can explain me this ?
cpu have the archetetures ( however spell this ) separated ? i mean..there s half chip for 64 and half chip for 32 bits?
i cant understand why it burnt only half lol...
if someone who understand this could explain me.. im realy curious..

I was going to suggest if it's 64 bits try enabling HPET 64-bit mode in the bios, otherwise it will only let you install 32-bit windows.
And no it isn't split architecture, the whole cpu will run the same, so do you mean one core is gone? is it disabled in the bios? http://soundcloud.com/multiv3rse |

thats funny...why i was able to install win 7 64 with my old cpu then ?
in my bios i dont have that HPET mode...i think its enabled by default already....
doesnt matter what i d try i could not get to install win 7 64 bits with my better cpu...
and everything was working fine in my old mobo...
i was usin that cpu im not bein able to use....
could it be that the cpu s damaged? but why then he would enable to install the 32 bits?

hmm gonna try some more times then...
but u know i saw some people in google who the cpu was not working in the 64 bits mode but it used to work before ;/
so it made me think u could loose the 64 bits mode from ur cpu...
