alright i just got a new mother board...
its from asus p5kpl epu...
the problem im havin is...everything is installed correctly....
now when i try to boot to my HD with my old windows 7 installed it ll fail ( only reboot no msgs no nothing )
now the worse part is... :
so i thougt... oka lets try to do a clean install on that thing...
so i put my cd in there.... i ve choosen to boot from cd....then the cd starts to boot but after the msgs :
windows s loadin files.... when it gets to 100 per cent it ll REBOOT again lol..darn thing...
do i need to do something special when u boot for the fisrt time a motherboard ?
that sux..i wanna come back to make music lol help me guys....

With windows 7 you don't need to re-install everything, it should automatically install all the drivers,even mobo.
Is there an updated bios?
Is the mobo all you have upgraded?
have you run a memtest on the new setup?

Try a hdd scan too, it might have a bad
sector.

what speed is your ram running and what voltages?
seems like you are getting a blue screen of death(restarts before you notice it), but your system restarts point to a hardware error and wont let you load windows...

yes there s an updated bios and i did update with the asus ez flash .... the mobo is asus p5kpl/epu
all i upgraded was the mobo...
i didnt do the memtest86 but i did the mem diagnostic from windows ( i could load it )
and it told the mems were oka..
but considerin those tests could be not so good i tried to remove one dim and ttried with both memory eath time and nothing...
the hd test i didnt do..but anyway now all i want s to make the boot cd to work.... so if i can make the cd to boot in the windows instalation i can get somewhere

bout the ram questions
they are all on default
so my ram s prob running at 800 mhz...and the voltage must be at 1.8
i didnt changet those so im assumin they are on default

hmm alright after a lot of frustration i decided to give a try in the xp instaltion...and guess what ? THAT STUPID THING IS INSTALLINg.. i cant believe it ...why i cant install windows 7 but i can win xp ?
also i tried to burn diferent copies of the win 7 and no sucess... DANG...
real time..i ve see this thing bout ide and ahci but i could not find in the bios those options ;(
there s no sata configuration in my bios..
dark... yea its all compatible... well tbh i didnt check the video card...but i guess its compatible aswell

at least im sure that my projects are in the second hd

well win xp jus2t finished installing....gonna try to install win 7 now to see if something changed....
is it a must to install win xp in a first boot mobo to install win 7 ?

video card is also important  but i doubt it is it...but it could give you really nasty shit.
Have no idea what is win 7 i stoped at xp and i am not going further. 
There could be some boot option you need to disable i'll tell i think in the 'setup' ...

as i expected..nothing changed..same error when tryin to install win 7.....
mobo s supposed to support win 7..there s a big msg in the box WIN 7 READY... haha what a joke...
