Hey!

Yes we are working on a second album.
We just might not be as fast as others to release our material. Our process is slow but as with plants the tracks needs to grow in their own pace.

Our aim is to have an album ready for mastering in the spring 2005.

In the meantime we will appear on compilations.

Thanks for caring about us

love
CBL

damn.... I can't wait !!

*drooling*            - The yeti loves to drink shnaps too, so he's like a real shaman... he, uhm, uh, if you want to contact him, you have to put some alcoholic offerings in front of the forest.

Funny, MOS 6581 seems to be the track that "caught" most of our fans hehe. You'll probably love the liveversion even more.

Maybe you allready know but the name of the track comes from the name of the actual chip that makes the leadsound.

A small group of swedish students made a synth from the classic Commodore 64's soundchip MOS 6581 as a schoolproject.
The synth is called SidStation.
They now are a respected company named Elektron
http://www.elektron.se

We are also involved in a synthpop-band that uses almost nothing but SidStations.
Kind of a merge between computergames italodisco and synth.

A little history and shameless promotion before breakfast

Heh, already know that about soundchip, emailed about a year ago to you with question about track name meaning . That was totally suprpising to me, track has so spacey and unearthly atmosphere that you accidentally find yourself imaging some spaceship or even star system with that name and flying away there.. Well, now its no need to say what it felt like to find out real meaning of MOS 6581

And do you have your own favs on album or you love the whole of it as caring parents ?

By the way, where can i find liveversion of MOS 6581 ? I heard another version only on Fahrenheit Project 3 that felt less mature and with more recognisable voice compared to album version.

Listened to "Hydroponic Garden" 3 times today! A true and total winner! Easily the most listenable and warm release on Ultimae... a truly great label... but sometimes a little deep, epic & 'clinical' feeling to my head...

about favs:

both yes and no hehe..difficult question.
But Hydroponic garden, Epicentre, MOS and Refraction are really special tracks for me. I can't speak for Johannes this time..

about MOS 6581:
Yes original version are on FP3. Live version is only played live, we feel we want to give something extra to the audience.
So set up a livegig near you and we'll come play for you hehehe.

Thanks once again to all you posters and viewers in this thread
