Well, Humph (one half of Nada) posted a little over a year ago (in this thread: http://forum.isratrance.com/viewtopic.php/topic/33256/forum/10 ) that there would be new albums from both Nada and Abakus (Russell Davies, the other half of Nada) "soon". I've read somewhere here another mention of a new one from Abakus (hooray!) but to my recollection have not seen anything else about Nada.

I dig everything I've heard so far from Nada - Numbers, Bamboo Dub, Earthgarden, Raja Mati, Manakhana (my favorite!!). If there's more out there, I'd love to know about it too.

Humph? Russell? Any news for us?

I heard their name means "nothing" in spanish. But I can't confirm this rumor.

I hope you have a "digital sarcasm detector" when you come to these forums.

Nada in hindi means the little string that keeps your pajamas up and in place.

hehehe...
that i guess is pronounced as 'naaada', and this by the placement of letters is 'nada'.
i might be wrong in though
always believed nada means 'nothing!
but ironically, their music means a lot more than nothing!
somehow im really curious about this artist...is 'nada' on this forum?

Well if Nada were aiming to release anything on LSD - they may be waiting some time.. I think the label has gone into hibernation...

I really enjoyed those Nada tracks, more than I did most of the Abakus album actually, which isn't really to my taste.

Such peaceful music, I'd love to hear more.

well - just thought i`d let you know the score on the nada/abakus projects. Me (humph), am living in Boulder, Colorado at the moment doing a degree in Physical Therapy so i can work hopefully in medical massage and trauma units. still writing tunes but more 120bpm deep trippy house and electronica whilst studying Bansuri too. Russ(abakus) has been working very hard the last year or so. Is about to start his own label with a 12" EP. More deep techy trippy house too and deep techno. Not called abakus on this project. We might be working together over the seas via exchange of audio file but don`t wait for it! Gotta expand your horizons eh..
