not so sure about the psychedelic touch, but MAD CAPSULE MAGGOTS is quite hard and REAL good in my opinion. try to get hold of their album , called `digi dog` , for a listen.

A good band would be, BOOM BOOM SATELLITES.

Damage I think you meant, MAD CAPSULE MARKET.

BOOM BOOM SATELLITES is like analog trance. Really good stuff.

Psychedelic I believe is a highly subjective thing, but I think Dir En Grey just pulls my strings and I do definitely experience their music as psychedelic in a way. And they are heavy! Get your hands on their last two albums, 'Vulgar' and 'Whitering To Death'. The first mentioned is a bit more industrial then the second one. The second mentioned is a bit more "deep" and at first sight it perhaps won't look too promising, but I have learned to love and appreciate this piece as well. By the way, these are not the only albums by DeG but their first ones were very Visual Kei-ish and are perhaps psychedelic in a way but I have yet not discovered that tunnel... Rockmusic with a heavy electronic touch to it... Have gotten myself a lot of inspiration from these guys..

I don`t know what their sound is like today, but I would recommend Rovo, which is quite an interesting band. They are 20 people or more, including even their hair stylist, lol. Being so crowded they can afford exploring almost every aspect of music, from heavy rock to sometimes psy
I might be mistaken, but Eye, a very unique DJ, is part of the band.

Peace and Love.
